I’ve been using this for about a year. I noticed that it is no longer available. The bands are strong.

It looks like a good product. I haven't used it because it is not as "heavy" as the band I've been using. It feels more like medium or less. I do wish there was a standard for exercise products.

Perfect for rehab after shoulder surgery

I love these bands for my at-home PT exercises. I attached a plastic buckle (like on heavy duty back packs) so that I can get my legs in and out easier. Very sturdy and I think will last a while. Highly recommend

I have purchased the gold bands, the silver bands, Blue tubing, green tubing and, black tubing. These are great for home gyms. You can make a fly machine with these and a 2x4 with eyebolts. Or you can get fancy and use some t-channel tubing or whatever. I love using these. They can be put away quickly and easily. They are ridiculously cheap. Especially compared to the cost of free-weights. You can isolate smaller smaller muscles like the top of your pectoral that connects to your clavicle. You can keep the muscle engaged for its entire range of movement. I frickin' love it.

This product is NOT worth the $. I used bands in my class with 10/11 year olds and I had 3 bands pop and break! Do not buy this product as it cannot be returned and $ will not be refunded.

Great theraband but not sufficient information has been posted that multiple quantities will increase the length of theraband. I got a short band as I gave quantity as 1.

Good band... I am using fr my evry day exrcise... I hav rated it 3 coz i feel its nt as strong as i expected...

If this is used the way it's suppossed to be one pre- cut strip should last 6-8months. So it's best to buy bulk such as this rather and cut your own preferred length. It also works out to be cheeper.
