JLL® Weight Vest -10kg - 30kg, Adjustable Weighted Vest Weight Loss Running Gym Training

Very nice vest. Bought for my son to train with before going in Army. He says its reasonably comfy and runs daily in it with Amry boots on. He can comfortably run 6-8 miles daily but as with products of this nature, it can start to rub on collar bones due to the weight pushing down each time his foot hits the floor while running, but he'll have to get use to that for his job so from our perspective shoulder straps could be a bit thicker in shoulder/collar bone area. Weight pockets are secure enough. My lad runs on flat land, hills (up and down) rain, sun - every weather and condition. Its holding up for now so a decently made product. This is our experience with this vest. It all depends what you will use it for and whether it will suit your needs and performs as you'd expect. Overall, decent purchase but from my point of view (with a huge amount already spent on Army stuff) it could be a tad cheaper.

This is an excellent concept . I wear it every time I train and it adds weight to body exercises I do (e.g. dips and chins) and also works my cv system, causing me to work harder and help recovery. I give it a 4 not a 5 as one of the supporting straps ripped the first time I used it. This is probably due to my own naivety, trying to lift the belt with the strap.

I got this for my son who is building up some muscles. He took some weights out to make it less heavy and it burst out all over his hands in school. He was sent home because of what ever was in it. He’s all good now but really wasn’t well from it. Be careful when taking them in and out.

Used this for a couple of runs now and it’s done exactly what’s required. Bought the 15kg version knowing I’d take weights out to run. There are 38 individual weights so reasonably resolution to get the weight you want. I dropped to 5kg which is more than enough to run short distances in (5-8km) or do hill reps for example with an aim to increase gradually in the future. Fits snuggly and doesn’t feel like it’s going to break or fall off. Does bounce a bit on your shoulders when running downhill (but probably a bit more heavy footed), doesn’t hurt, can rub your neck a little bit if you have a fat rugby players neck like mine but this is easily overcome. The Velcro straps work very well.

So I got to a point with my weight loss where I plateaued and so adding this weighted vest into my workouts or even walks gets the heart going and you quickly get into fat burning more or cardio a lot faster! I started to notice I was losing weight again but it also makes you realise how much weight you’ve lost when you wear it. You can adjust the weight of the vest by removed the weighted pouches and it’s super comfortable and secure with straps. Great purchase!!!

This vest is great value for money compared to many other vests and sites. At least this one comes with the weights included which is a bonus as many dont come with the weights. I got 20kg and considering I weigh about 106kg so adding an extra 20kg is some weight. I wear the vest going long walks as part of my cardio and training so be prepared to get funny looks or feel like a suicide bomber wearing the vest 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤣😂 well worth the money and I will get good use out of this vest 5*
