I can't think of all the positive things I would like to say! Delicious! Fabulous! Amazing! Stupendous, even! Being first generation Italian American, I've tried MANY olive oils, and if I could only have one brand for the rest of my life, it would be this one! It's light, and crisp, and absolutely heavenly! It's made my salads, bruschettas, and everything the best tasting that they have ever been. I'm blown away! I'm so glad that I tried it, because now I'm hooked for life! This extra virgin olive is really an excellent product. Very smooth and it can be used for cooking or as a salad dressing. It’s a really a high quality oil . Worth to try it and I will definitely recommend it, if you are looking for olive oil from Italy.

Needed a better finishing oil for a gift I received, spices for different flavored recipes to have with baguettes. Our oil was too strong flavored, great to cook with but not for this. This is has a more neutral taste, but still flavorful.

Didn't taste that much like olive oil.
