日本で通常売られているホットソースでこれを超えるものは現状皆無です。 黒トリュフの香りが上品で、かつ辛いだけではない複雑な旨味とコクを持ったソースが色々な食材を美味しくします。 特にチキンソテーやから揚げなどはよく合うと思います。フライドポテトやチキンナゲットのソースにもいいと思います。 少々価格が高いのでどうしても購入を躊躇してしまいますが、高級感のあるパッケージなのでホットソース好きな方へのプレゼントにもピッタリかなと思います。

Bought a small one from LA. Happy to find them on Amazon SG. It has a hint of truffle and the hot sauce is good for my liking. Fast delivery too

Glad I listened to the majority of reviewers! This isn’t burn your tongue off hot so may not suit everyone but plenty spicy and hot enough with great balance of truffle flavour. This will be a staple in my kitchen.

Nice and tasty. Not very hot in my opinion but I'm also one of the crazy people who own 2 different bottles of Da Bomb so may be keep that in mind. Really nice on an omelette and sausages for breakfast.
