Yes but if you have a bad spider problem I suggest using spider specific pest spray in conjunction with this.

I wouldn’t spray this on your vegetables but maybe the surrounding area if the soil is separate. Look into neem oil or Bioadvanced organic tomato fruit and vegetable spray

I have two dogs. I just make sure it’s dry before I let them out. I’ve had no issues.

Wet the area but don’t create puddles or run off. When I apply I move pretty fast to avoid over spraying
