Had scuffs but works great. Was able to repurpose it as a Linux machine. Meets expectations. Easy to use. Worth the money. Works as expected.

Love my Thinkpad you would never no it was refurbished looks and operates like a brand new laptop. I would purchase from this seller again

Functional laptop at reasonable price point.
Very nice product, especially for the price. It is very fast and is typically very user friendly. There are three issues I've noticed, the charger doesn't stay well in the charging port, the battery life is short, and the audio driver has been uninstalling itself when the computer updates. This has been solvable by reinstalling in audio driver, which has been very easy.

Had a virus on it
I got it and when I powered up the computer it said "Unable to load" or something like that. I then tried flashing a new version of Windows 11, but there was clearly a virus on the computer. I then had to wipe the entire disk (not just my partition like before) and flash a new version of windows. Took way too much time.

Amazing school laptop. Swapped the dried thermal paste for a graphene pad and now it doesn't heat up at all. The 16GB is 2400mt RAM I'd saudered on the board so consider buying another 16GB stick of sodimm RAM for dual channel memory. Came clean and in excellent condition. Battery lasts for a couple hours so will replace at Christmas time. Super fast, can even play modern games with everything turned down.

Excellent Quality and Condition
What a nice laptop! Excellent condition. I'm a Linux guy and Mint installed and works flawlessly! Even worked with my wifi printer straightaway. Expect it to last the rest of my laptop days!!

Love Lenovo!!
Though the first laptop I received the back lights didn't work. The return policy was very easy and went smooth. They sent a new laptop out before I had even sent the one that didn't work back. The laptop is light weight and is all around a great laptop. I didn't want to spend a bunch on a new laptop and couldn't be happier with the decision I made on getting a refurbished one.
