Q: Can it be combed or once its on you have to leave it as is?

You'll want to comb your hair into it's general position, apply the fibers, then add a little hair spray to set everything in place. You definitely don't want to rake a comb across your scalp once the fibers are in place, but you can comb over top of the scalp to smooth the hair over the fibers.

Use: Recommended use level of 0.1-0.6% (approved for use up to 1% in USA and up to 0.6% in Europe). Performs well at pH levels up to 10 (ideal pH 4-10). Can be added directly to the formulation during pre- or post-emulsification at or below 60°C/140°F. For external use only. I've used Topix and it is very thick cotton fibers that are supposed to look like hair. Boldify is much lighter, like a powder. It seems to sink into your hair, landing on your scalp and covering any thin or balding spots.
