一粒が非常に大きいです。まとめて飲むのは無理がありますので食後一粒ずつ3回に分けて飲んでます。有効成分と価格ともコスパ良いサプリメントです。Amazonで買うと送料掛からないので必要な物はAmazonで買ってますが種類が少ないのでいろんな種類のサプリメントを買う場合直接iherbで買ってます。

オメガ3を摂取する為にこちらを購入。 含有量等と価格が極めてでした。 効果のほどは飲み始めたばかりの為、まだわかりませんが効果に期待しています。

I switched to this brand several months ago after sundown fish oil was no longer available. So far, I am pleased with the product. Relatively clean fish oil with very little after taste. I would recommend Thai product to anyone looking for an affordable fish oil with a moderate quality.
