一粒が非常に大きいです。まとめて飲むのは無理がありますので食後一粒ずつ3回に分けて飲んでます。有効成分と価格ともコスパ良いサプリメントです。Amazonで買うと送料掛からないので必要な物はAmazonで買ってますが種類が少ないのでいろんな種類のサプリメントを買う場合直接iherbで買ってます。

オメガ3を摂取する為にこちらを購入。 含有量等と価格が極めてでした。 効果のほどは飲み始めたばかりの為、まだわかりませんが効果に期待しています。

僕が想像する一般的なカプセルタイプのサプリの2〜3倍くらいの大きさです それを1日2〜3錠、喉に詰まりそうで毎回飲み込むのが怖いです（今のところは詰まってはいないです） 飲み始めて一月も経っていないのでサプリの効果は特に実感していません 余談ですが、この商品だけレビューの催促が毎日のように来てすごく嫌です。（気持ち的には星一です）
