These paints are acrylic paints, so when they dry, they are designed to not come off in water. You may have an image that it dries easily.

Can this paint be used to paint plastic board game minis and figurines?

I’d say yes you can paint w anything but you’ll want to prime first then use a clear sealant after. They are nice opaque colors.
