粒の大きさも大きすぎず個人的には比較的飲みやすかったです。 継続して服用することが大切だと思うので飲み続けていきたいと思います。

日光に当たらない日だけ1粒飲んでいます。ビタミンＤが足りない人が多いそうです。足りないと骨粗鬆症になるそうです。ビタミンＤの多い食べ物は鮭、うなぎ、青魚（さば、さんま、いわし） 追伸。サプリメントを止めて、サバや煮干しを食べています。 このサプリメントは紅花油が入っています。今は植物油を取り過ぎている人が多く病気になるそうです。 植物油の害は神経疾患、アルツハイマー型認知症、がん、心筋梗塞、脳梗塞、高血圧、糖尿病、動脈硬化、甲状腺疾患、腸内環境の悪化、ホルモンバランスの乱れ 戦後から日本人が常食するようになった小麦粉、植物油、乳製品、砂糖は日本人には害が大きく病気になるそうです。

I’ve been taking this supplement for a while and it does work as intended. My main frustration is that the formula changed since my last order. Originally, it was Vitamin D with K3, which I preferred. When I ordered a refill, it arrived as just Vitamin D, but the product image still showed the old version with K3. That’s misleading and disappointing. While the Vitamin D softgels themselves are fine, I’ll be looking for another brand that offers the combination formula I originally purchased. The image was fixed after I received my refill.

On the recommendation of my doctor, I started taking this vitamin D along with 1 cholesterol medication. An allergic reaction occurred a week later. It was itchy with red spots. I did not eat meat, nuts, or fish. Because I didn't know why, I only ate vegetables. Also, after not taking this vitamin D, I started taking it again 2 days ago. A few hours later, the allergic reaction occurred again. On the recommendation of my doctor, I started taking this vitamin D along with 1 cholesterol medication.
