I recently upgraded to the Hisense 55” MiniLED U6 Series, and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The setup was straightforward, and the included remote was easy to pair right out of the box.The picture quality is absolutely fantastic – the MiniLED backlighting makes a huge difference. The contrast is deep, colors are vivid, and HDR content really pops. Even in bright daylight, the screen looks sharp and clear. For movies and sports, the viewing experience is outstanding.The Fire TV integration is smooth and fast. All the popular apps like Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, and YouTube are preloaded, and Alexa voice control works flawlessly. Switching between apps and navigating menus is quick with no lag.Gaming mode is another highlight – very responsive with low latency, making it great for consoles. The Dolby Vision and Atmos support add to the immersive experience.Overall, this TV feels like a premium model at a very fair price. This is one of the wort Televisions I have ever owned. The picture quality is the only redeming quality and even it can be iffy at times. It is the AWFUL software experience. You are constantly forced to use the home button and see the ad-ridden Home Screen.There is no dedicated input button. Just a button that shows the last apps, inputs, etc. But it is made even worse by the fact that you can't just double click the recent button and jump to the previous input. Its a slow, annoying process. The bugs are constant. Changed your mind and want to stick to the same input? Half of the time you press the back button your TV screen goes black. What? Why?There is ZERO button customization on this awful remote. There is zero accessibility customization for the buttons or individual apps. Anyone with hand issues should avoid this TV remote. The Hamburger (Menu) button is practically non-existent in most circumstances. It does just about nothing. I'm using it right now and it does nothing. Why can't I reprogram it or the "recents" button to change inputs on a double press.I can't rename my Inputs so my PC has to either be a "Media Station" or "HDMI3" or "ROKU" - all those options but none for "PC" -RIDICULOUSLY amateur.Going to the home page makes me sick. It shows me nothing I want to see. It doesn't show me my Plex or youtube notifications or videos I might be interested in. Instead it shows you paid Amazon SLOP.I'm likely going to return this TV. After this experience I will never buy a Hi-Sense product again. I will let everyone I know to avoid this brand like the PLAGUE.

My old bedroom TV finally broke after over 10 years so I was in the market for a new TV. I don’t usually care for the latest TV technologies but I’m thoroughly impressed with this TV at its price point. Set up was easy and it fits perfectly atop my Kallax shelf. The picture is very clear and the 144hz refresh rate makes it an excellent TV for console gaming and watching sports. The color saturation is also big improvement over my old TV. The 1000nits brightness is more than adequate for use in my bedroom. Sound quality is a big improvement and the built in subwoofer makes watching movies much more enjoyable. The FireOS on this TV is also very snappy and I experienced no lag at all while using it for streaming. The WiFi connectivity is excellent and I’ve had no issues. Overall, this is a great quality TV at its price point that’s jam packed with features.
