What is this product DIM for?

I take inplace of hormones. I used to have to take birth control pills just for the hormones and my doctor told me to get off of them and take DIM. I have been taking it for about 9 months now and it really works. It has even helped me loose weight.

Have any men taken this? Did you see increase in testosterone or work outs?

Men do take DIM. DIM is known as aromatase inhibitor. Aromatase is an enzyme that comes from your belly fat. Aromatase converts your precious testosterone to estradiol (E2), the prominent estrogen. High Estradiol causes many health issues in men - depression, fatigue, erectile dysfunction, heart disease, muscle loss etc. So, yes, once you inhibit Aromatase, your testosterone would go up. But it is not the extra testosterones, its just the one which have been converting into Estradiol. If you don't want to take supplements, you can eat very high amounts of cruciferous vegetables like broccoli , cauliflower, brussels sprouts, cabbage, bok choy etc.

Is it vegetarian or vegan?

Dim is made from broccoli, kale, and cauliflower. The capsule is a vegetarian capsule. So I would say, this is a vegetarian product but you should email Nutricost to be 100% sure. I can't imagine it not be vegetarian.
