I find that this pectin works very well being as I can no longer get the pectin I used to buy. This pectin allows you to use as much or as little sugar, or even a sugar substitute, in any homemade jams and jellies. Excellent product!

Its pectin. However I have no idea how to compare this to pectin that requires sugar. So pay attention to what youre doing and what you need this for.

I had made grape jelly and it hadn’t set. I ordered this product and it rebooked the jelly and it set really nice. It worked great.
