I own a cleaning company and use many of Zep’s product including this one because I found that these are the best giving me consistently performance every time. Recently I had an inconvenience with the box being damaged and one of the products missing. I reached out to customer service and without hesitation they sent me a replacement box. Hola el producto esta super bueno no tengo quejas pero si me paso algo muy incomodo compre una caja de 12 y cuando abrí me faltaron 4 tengan cuidado

I just need to spray it lightly and wait for one minute. Then I can easily remove the oil stains on the stove. It's also great for cleaning the microwave oven.

Spray, let sit 10 minutes and wipe. Repeat if needed. Unless the oven is really really bad, I don't have to use elbow grease anymore to clean ovens!
