Uvex S2871HS Avatar Adjustable Safety Glasses with HydroShield Anti-Fog Coating, Standard, Blue/Black

I got this pair as protection against injury, dust, pollen and glare following cataract surgery, for the rather lengthy recovery time that I needed to be careful of these things. This pair fit the bill perfectly! Also, I I continued to use them as protection when working in the yard. The anti fog coating has been great in our hot and muggy Florida summer; no more fogging up!

Great glasses to be able to adjust at several points (the ear part, the side hinges, the bridge) so that when you have a patient lay back in the chair the glasses can be customized to fit. They bend very well and don't break. Love these.

I do not like that fine particles will blow up around the lenses easily. I purchased a lower priced model of Uvex safety glasses in clear that I like much better the Genesis model. They work for cheap wraparound sunglasses and will protect your eyes from most flying objects if aligned directly with the lense. They are not very suitable for grinding or using power tools that create airborn dust.

I use this for cycling as opposed to buying a pair of $150 cycling specific glasses. The antifog coat works wonders for keeping your vision clear while riding and sweating buckets. Also appears to be rather resistant to scratches as I've dropped these a couple times and the lenses are fine.

Absolutely love them don't fog up at all when you have to wear safety glasses these are the ones that I'm going to continue to buy

These protect your eyes, but are much more bulky than other safety glasses I've bought.

I love these safety glasses. They are made with a bendable frame. The whole frame. So you can’t bend them to fit any face. The lenses are the perfect darkness for outdoor work. Probably should get a few more pair for down the road.

I work in a refinery and frequently have to get inside enclosures with hot and sweating pipes which causes safety glasses to fog horribly, but these have held up better than expected!
