I am no handyman and definitely not good at DIY stuff around the House, but this practical and excellent product gave me the confidence to seal up my Window in my Basement and it worked flawlessly! I can’t say enough good things about this product! It’s easy to use and does exactly as the product claims and there was virtually no mess!

Worked well to seal air leaks in my 4 seasons room. Super easy to use and not very messy. I already bought another tube. The cap comes on and off easily. Way better then traditional caulk

Excellent Waterproof Sealant – Highly Recommend! I’m extremely impressed with Flex Caulk. This stuff really delivers on its promise of being waterproof and weatherproof. I used it to seal around windows and outdoor trim, and it went on smoothly with no mess. The adhesion is strong, and once it cured, it formed a durable, flexible seal that holds up perfectly against rain and temperature changes. If you follow the instructions it should work easy peasy. I bought an actual caulk gun with caulk and I hate it. This flex seal product works great It's super easy.

Before purchasing, I read reviews which said this product was difficult to figure out and to use. I had a very different experience. Pull off the red cap with pliers and follow directions on the package or tube. I reinforced some caulking on my camper while standing on a tall ladder. I could not have accomplished this while using a caulking gun, but with this product it was easy, peasy. I will update this post if I experience negative effects, especially if it stays tacky. It v was cold when I applied it (35°) but nothing on the packaging called for certain temps. So far an easy to apply product.

The jury is still out as how effective it as I have only used it once on a shower drain. My only complaint, $19.00 for tube that is no bigger than standard caulking tubes that are half the price. From now on, I will stick to a caulking gun.

Directions are still a little hard to decipher.The cap is hard to remove that the first time I unscrewed everything and use it..flow is good,seals well and resist water infiltration.
