Is the fragrance all natural or synthetic made to smell like vanilla, mint, lavender etc?

Definitely synthetic. Their shampoo is almost nauseating it’s so strongly scented. Those who say it smells like essential oils have never smelled real fragrance free essential oils.

Does this product act like deodorant?

No. It’s body wash. You still need to wear deodorant.

Has anyone noticed a chemical/weird smell? The first time I used this is smelt great, but two days later, it smelt horrible…

I have not noticed a odd smell, unless I don't like that smell. I have tried a few different types of Native body wash

How does this compare to dove

I like this body wash much better than Dove. I find that it is very gentle. I used to use Dove sensitive but this is better. It is made cleaner as far as additives.
