teeki Northern Lights Yoga Hot Pant (eco-Friendly!)

I read so many reviews that said Teeki pants tend to run small and to order the next size up. Well, for this particular print (Northern Lights), that is not the case. I ordered a size up and they were too loose. I should have stuck with my usual size. The colours are very vibrant, like the ones in the stock pic on Amazon. I had done a google images search and in many pics the colours looked a bit muted, but in real life they are definitely vibrant! The pants are sooooooooooo silky and comfortable. They felt like a second skin. The length is a bit shorter than I expected which is good for me as I'm only 5'1", but tall people keep that in mind. The inseam is probably an inch or two shorter than the Lululemon Wunder Under Pants. For the record, I am a size 4 in Lululemon Wunder Unders and I should have ordered a size XS in these Teeki pants.

I'm 5' 4" about 120lbs and usually wear a size 2-4, I ordered the size small in these pants and they fit, form fitting of course as they are leggings. They are not loose at the bottom like the picture of the model. My guess is that they put a very large size on her because it makes the colors more vibrant when the material is not stretched out.The actual color of these leggings is much lighter when you buy ones your size. And they are a bit see through so you will want to wear flesh colored unders with them.As another reviewer stated they do slide down a little with a lot of bending and movement, however I went through an hour long yoga practice and they slid a bit, but then they stayed in place right over my underwear line. Mostly they just feel a bit weird until they settle into one spot. I am curious if a larger size would help or be detrimental to the sliding?Overall I love the material and the pattern of these pants and I would buy them again, but I have to say my Hardtail Yoga pants stay put much better.

I read other reviews that told to size up, but think they are probably true to size. I am 5'3", 110 lb, I wear a Lululemon 2, but ordered these in a small because I heard they ran small. But I wish I had ordered xsmall. The small fit fine, but wrinkle at the ankles, knees, and hips. They seemed to fit when I first put them on, but after wearing them a couple times they are a little big. However, I can't return them now because I took the tags off and they are a little dirty (the light color does attract dirt easily). I do love how comfortable they are and love the design! I ordered another pair of Teeki in xsmall, we will see if I prefer that fit. If you are in doubt or between sizes, get both sizes and then return one, it's easy with amazon prime which is nice.

I own another pair of darker color teekis that I love, they are one of my favorite yoga pants.This pair is cute, but since I use them for hot yoga, the pale color on these shows sweat. It is hard to explain but its almost like you can see the sweat pool underneath the pants on the lighter color material which I don't like.They also run pretty small. I weigh about 103lbs, order a xsmall and really no room to gain weight; they fit very snug. I am very confused by the model in these photos wearing what appears to be somewhat baggy pants. In both my teekis, mine are extremely snug the whole way through.I definately recommend these but find the darker colors more flattering (especially in the butt area)

These pants are great- the material is super soft, and the fit is decent, but two things:1. I agree with the other reviewers, these pants do tend to ride down a bit. Typically pants are too tight in the waistband region for me, so it's odd having the opposite problem! But, I'd rather have that than the ol' muffin top look.2. The pants are overall a bit too big for me, so I can tell you that they are not nearly as bright as the image (stretch or no stretch), so I am going to assume that there was some post-editing foul play there. Even though they aren't as bright, they are still beautiful!

I originally sized up due to all the reviews and it was a mistake! I'm 5'5" 130# (36" hips) and usually wear a small (sometimes XS at places like Athleta where they vanity size), so I ordered a medium in these pants...way too big. I wore them to yoga anyway because they were so pretty and it was almost a disaster! The seam sits on your hips and the waistband has no elastic, so there's not much to stop them from falling off if they don't fit right. I reordered a small and they're perfect. I'm pretty sure an XS would be ok as well. Maybe it's just this print, it's my first Teeki purchase, but I find them true to size. The material is perfect for hot yoga (yes, very thin, but as long as you wear butt-colored underwear you'll be fine) and the print is beautiful. I'll definitely be ordering more prints!

I love the pattern on these pants and was excited to get them in the mail. However while the side with the antlers was very flattering to my one thigh the white clouds on the other side had a certain emphasizing affect to any amount of cellulite lying underneath :( If you have a super low fat body these will work for you and are lovely but I had to send them back... I would love to see this same pattern with some more black on the white cloud side bun :)

I pulled one star away because they slide down a bit and have to pull them back up a little too often, but the fit is perfect otherwise. It's probably because of the material, which is truly a-ma-zing. I absolutely love the way they feel on my skin and love the design and fit. I also love that they are made from plastic. I feel good about wearing them in more ways than one.
