I've been using this yoga mat for over a month now, it has changed my yoga from a delicate gingerly pace, to busting out moves because my bones no longer grind into the floor. It has ample padding, the alignment marks are great, and my hands don't slip around on the surface.The only real downside is that the bottom doesn't grip well to the treated wood floors at the yoga studio and it slips around a little while flowing through poses like down-dog... but this is a pretty small inconvenience to deal with considering the extreme comfort the mat provides.

I use this mat daily. Perfect for yoga, stretching or even workouts. I’ve had it for a few months now. Holds up great and easy to clean.

I Love this yoga mat! I bought it to use in prenatal yoga and never had to use a towel to pad under my knees again. My husband wants one too! The lines on the mat help me keep alignment - as a massage therapist and yogi that’s a big deal. I also have sweaty palms in class and I don’t slip much on this mat.

The mat is comfortable, the alignment lines are very nice, but the bottom of the mat is slippery so on a hardwood floor, the mat lacks grip and will move about which is terrible if your pose requires stability. Simple motions will make the mat move a bit. Purchase based on your needs.

I love the new material this mat is made out of and the extra thickness is fantastic for your knees. It has a great grip and your feet don't stick to it like traditional yoga mats. It could be a little wider, but I guess it's a pretty standard size mat. It does have a slight chemical smell when first using it, hopefully that will disappear with time. I liked this mat so much I purchased a second one.

A couple of things to start: I’m by no mean an advanced yogi, but I’ve been going on and off for about seven years now, so I’m also not new to the game.This mat is….well…not it. There’s about zero grippyness (seriously, I couldn’t hold downward dog for more than two breaths without sliding about 4-5 inches). It’s also strangely hard when lying on it, though it buckles and squishes immensely under direct, concentrated pressure.I know that sounds odd, but the best way I can explain it is that lying down feels like being on a hardwood floor, while tree pose becomes more challenging because everything squishes down underfoot and it’s harder to balance. Almost like the density of a yoga block.I don’t know. I look at the pictures other reviewers have posted and think they may no longer be selling the same highly-rated version others have loved. I’m super sad, as I was really looking forward to brand new mat, and this is just such a disappointment.
