Excellent product. Definitely the best high protien/fiber bar I have ever purchased. They aren't too sweet and are quite filling. I have rough time due to my schedule of eating enough. I also avoid meat.I especially enjoy the texture of the pastry. Most protein bars are either hard as a rock or so extreme chewy that they can pull out teeth. This pastry is just right either straight out of the package or microwave for ten seconds. Personally I prefer straight out of the package. My only negative is the price. However, a cup of coffee and a pastry is definitely at least $10.- in a coffee shop in the city where I work. With these protein pastries I don't have to buy any quick snacks and I am eating a very healthy snack. I definitely recommend. I plan to order in other flavors.

Amazing! I have celiac disease, and finding decent tasting treats can be difficult. I was excited to try these and they honestly blew me away! High protein, gluten free, low sugar, but great taste. Certainly worth the buy, and I will be purchasing again. Even my husband who has no dietary restrictions said "These taste exactly like I always hoped pop tarts would taste like but never did."

First impression was disappointing it only had one pastry inside. But don’t let that fool you! It’s dense, and has much more filling than its um competitors lookin at you pop tarts! It has 20g of protein and plenty of fiber! Its pastry is sort of soft and fluffy. Another pleasant surprise after the other “toaster pastries”. Most of their products are at or around 200 calories. Since purchasing this, I’ve gone on to try strawberry which is comparable in flavor with same macros. The s’mores is smaller and has 20 less calories and while good doesn’t give me a true s’mores vibe. The cinnamon rolls are meh unless you microwave them for about 12 seconds. That’s a game changer! The chocolate cinnamon roll is the better of the two. I typically pair this with one of my spylt milk drinks for 40 grams of protein and 290 calories. It’s not a bad way to start your morning! That said, I hope as the brand grows the price improves. That’s why I had to deduct one star. It doesn’t stop me from buying them in bulk, but could be a deal breaker for some in this economy.

I really enjoy these and they fill me up! In my opinion they taste better than a regular pop tart. Great for keto, macros are good, and microwaving for about 15 seconds makes them perfectly soft and delicious! Would recommend as a healthier replacement for sugar filled pop tarts!

The taste is pretty good. I would say similar to actual Pop Tarts. But the texture seems quite different. Where the crust on a Pop Tart is firmer, more like a pie shell, these are thicker and more cake-y. I don't think I'll be re-ordering. But I have friends who like them a lot.

I’ve bought the strawberry and chocolate, both taste great! Love the protein content, very soft texture. Might be a bit pricy however the protein aspect is what is more important and the taste is great, will continue to purchase (on box 4)

I eat these all the time, they’re really good and addictive. So far I’ve liked everything I’ve tried from legendary foods but the blueberry protein pastry is by far the best.It’s really filling and has a great taste. It’s good heated up and as is. I personally prefer it as is, and I have it for lunch on the go.
