When all else fails!
This is a topical applied to areas of pain. The combination of natural ingredients is very effective. A small dab rubbed on the affected area does the trick and it seeps in cleanly.I wish Hylands could create a roll-on for even easier application.

I trust this product every time I get an injury or overuse a muscle. The relief is not instantaneous, but whether it's several hours or a day--it never fails to bring healing to the affected area. I recommend to all my friends and family.

Good for pain and swelling and bruises.
I love the contents, the Arnica and other ingredients are excellent for sore, aching muscles, bruises, and swelling. I have continued to purchase even though this company decreased the amount of each ingredient and hence decreased the potency. They also play around with the thickness of the gel. It is impossible to get all of the contents of of the tube without cutting the tube open to get it all out. It is a good product still but it was an excellent one previously. Sad to report a decrease in effectiveness and ease of use.

My favorite inflammation and pain cream
I've always used Hylands Arnica Montana gel and homeopathic pellets for years before and after surgery. I recently had a total knee replacement surgery and my bruising was gone in one and a half weeks after I started using this product. My only complaint is that they changed the formula. It used to be a larger bottle, more ounces and larger potency. It used to come in 3 ounces in a yellow container and the arnica potency was 2X HPSU. I gave it 5 stars because it still does the job. I am also disappointed that it went up in price, coincidentally after I started telling everyone about this product, I was bragging about it on social media groups, so I was nice to give them a 5 stars. I'm grateful I'm able to get this product at Amazon. I really just wished they would lower the price.
