My average size 13 year old has the age 12-14 size and they fit perfectly (height 62.5’ and wears adult size small, size 8 or age 14 clothes normally). These have been great for making her feel less anxious at school or at clubs whilst navigating periods, late periods, etc. She wears these every day regardless of the time of month and finds them comfortable. We have had 2 periods start unexpectedly and heavier than expected, however these managed to contain it well in the time it took her to realise, so no embarrassing moments. Pads fit well on them. Thickness of material is good (not too thin or too thick). Only partial downside is that there are 2 lines from the stitching that you can see at the back if you wear thinner leggings; I notice it but my daughter couldn’t care less. Also, after prolonged use, the centre starts to fade and they start to shrink a bit, which for me just means it’s time to get some more, but it takes a while, and as I say, she wears these every single day so it’s not a negative, but just to note it happens eventually and they will need to be replaced. Overall, me and my teens would highly recommend them.

These are comfortable and secure. Used alone, suitable for very light flow. Otherwise use with other sanitary wear.

My Daughter has had these pants before, but needed to size up after a couple years wear. Never had any problems with the previous pairs, so hopefully won’t this time. However, it does seem the material has changed, but so far so good, early days! When I went to order, there weren’t any available in the next size up, so I risked it and went for the bigger size - Good job I did, as they fit perfectly so I feel that her actual size would’ve been too snug! She’s 12years old, wearing a size 14-16 years. I gave a 4 star as they aren’t absorbent enough on heavy days or even medium I believe, but they do give extra comfort with the pad being in. She likes the band style. Happy with this purchase - again!

Very happy with these. Purchased the largest size for myself (adult size 8/10) and they fit great.Most of the adult period pants on offer are pretty boring and I wanted something a bit more colourful.I’ve not worn brief type underwear in years so that took a bit of getting used to but they are pretty comfy, cut in slightly on the inside leg but unsure if that’s just because I’m not used to wearing this style of underwear or because they are designed for teenagers and not women. Otherwise, they fit just fine.I have only worn these overnight so far, not confident enough with the concept to brave wearing them during the day yet, but they have worked exceptionally well. I’ve never used pads and decided that I really needed to stop wearing tampons overnight as it’s just not a good idea. These pants have been an absolute godsend. A lot comfier (and less dangerous) than using a tampon overnight, and I will never look back. I am usually medium/ heavy flow overnight and these have been more than capable of absorbing everything. The absorbent layer goes all the way from front to back and isn’t overly bulky.Overall, 10/10 would definitely recommend

As with my other related reviews, being a single Dad I wasn't expecting to navigate this life path for my 11 year old daughter just yet, but these pants have combined with other purchases to make the journey for her a little easier.Great quality, great designs, comfortable, and most importantly, confidence inspiring for my daughter. She's attended school happy in the knowledge that, combined with pads, these pants will help her have a normal day without worry and stress. You can't put a price on that.We've since bought a couple of other sets in different colour options, and are delighted with all of them.Highly recommended.

I have bought many, many packs of these pants over the years for my daughters. They both like the different colours so they can wear them with any colour clothes. They wear sanitary towels on their heavy days with the pants, & always feel comfortable and confident. No leaks, easy to wash and tumble dry.

Purchase those for 8 year old. Early starter. They are life savers and as she is saying herself they make her feel "normally" bless her. The only think is they are really for light bleed and she was not happy to wear additional support so we needed to purchase a more protective ones as well for heavier flow.
