I've been using these bamboo grounding sheets for a couple of weeks now, and I'm honestly loving them. They're super soft, breathable and just feel really nice to sleep on. I've noticed I'm sleeping more soundly & waking up feeling more refreshed.They seem really well made & have held up great in the wash. Plus, the grounding aspect is a cool bonus - I wasn't sure it would do much, but I definitely feel more relaxed. If you're thinking about trying them, I'd totally recommend it. And they are a good value for the money.

These sheets are amazing. I had been debating getting then for so long, and honestly I regret not getting them sooner. I read that a lot of brands shock you, so these one had a good rating and positive comments. I have never gotten a shock and they are really soft as well. After the first night, was really pleasantly suprised when my joints and muscles did feel less painful. I am a wreck, joints hurt, .eniscus tear in my knee, back pain, and insomnia. Oh my goodness, literally aft 3 or 4 day I really couldn't believe how much of an impact it had. It really home for me when throwing the ball for my dog and realized I had not felt the pain or limited movement in my shoulder, I had frozen shoulder too. Anyway, I wish I had gotten them sooner. These really do live up to their description. Truly greatful 😀

I love these grounding sheets. They are so soft compared to the cotton ones I have. I will always sleep on grounding sheets for the rest of my life. They significantly reduce my inflammation. I had bad pain in my feet after I woke and stood up, but I never get that pain anymore. It had significantly reduced my back pain as well. I feel years younger after sleeping on a grounding sheet for a few months.

Give this product a few days.. a week even!! Pay attention to the quality of your sleep and you will see such great improvement!! I was a skeptic but now I see for myself how this grounding sheet improves my wellbeing!!

These are soft and have deep pockets. I fall asleep quickly and stay asleep. My sleep tracker shows that I get more deep and REM sleep now than before grounding. I would highly recommend.

I was hopeful when I ordered this that it would fit my queen sized bed and that it would benefit me like so many people state they receive benefits from. I was greatly disappointed. I saw that there was an area on the sheet where the threads were pulling out and it looked flawed in the creation of the sheet. But that wasn't something that I coudln't overlook. I put it on the bed, and it was pretty lightweight and the elastic in it was quite flimsy and didn't hold well onto the bed frame. For the cost of this, I would think that the company could put heavier weight elastic that would hold better. But I still decided to try it to see if there were any benefits to itThe first night I slept horrible. I awoke several times during the night and I ached. My spouse also said that he slept poorly as well. He didn't ache like I did, but he did not sleep well at all. The second and third nights neither of us felt any benefit at all from this sheet, and it kept sliding around due to the poor qualtiy elastic that didn't hold it to the bed.Needless to say, I doubt that it has any benefit for anything. I followed the instructions included in it, but for us, it was a worlthless purchase and thus, I returned it for a refund. I will not be looking to purchase a grounding sheet again in the future. I would not recommend this item.

I have found some relief with this fitted sheet. I have fibromyalgia and multiple herniated disks in my back. I didn’t realize it at first that it was working. I had to wash it when my puppy had an accident on it. Unfortunately it took a couple of days due to my condition. I missed it when I didn’t sleep with it on my bed. I had more pain and I wasn’t sleeping as well through the night. I think I’m going to buy another one so I can put it on my bed when the other one is in the wash. Helpful addition to my wellness journey.

I bought this sheet initially because I heard they helped with circulation. While I can't confirm this (I assume it's working), I can confirm that it really does help you fall and stay asleep. Before using this sheet it would often take me about an hour to fall asleep after closing my eyes, unless I was utterly exhausted. Now it takes me less than 15 minutes to fall asleep after closing my eyes. I can also confirm that they work even if you put another sheet over the top of it (we want to keep ours as clean as possible so we don't have to wash it as often). The first couple nights I could feel them working: it was a strange buzzing, electrical sensation in my fingertips and feet-- not painful at all, just kind of tingly. After a couple of nights, my body got used to it, and I don't feel that sensation anymore.
