Q: Are the capsules made in the USA?

The label states,"US SALMON OIL, ENCAPSULATED IN CANADA, MANUFACTURED BY NATURAL FACTORS CANADA, Distributed by Natural Factors .......... Monroe, WA". There seems to be no mention of where the 'capsules' themselves are manufactured.
