Bought this for the pandemic and then my teenager stole it for gaming. It has excellent sound. Those on the Team meeting can hear me clearly and I can hear them. Never a complaint about feedback. The mute button can't be easily bumped like other head phones. It is very comfortable to wear for hours on end. This isn't a noise canceling headset but that isn't why I bought it. Downfalls - not the best fashion accessory for work. Will definitely flatten any remaining 90s hair style. However, you will definitely feel like the in crowd at work since everyone is wearing them.

I bought this for two recorded professional-quality presentations I needed to give for work. Overall, it did the job with a few small drawbacks.Audio quality seems relatively good, although maybe could be better. This is my first wired headset so there is no point of comparison. I notice there is still some static in the recordings, and when you initially start speak, the audio is quieter and then gets louder after ~3 seconds. This problem may be intrinsic to a wired headset, however.Reasonably comfortable for a headset, given the price. The noise canceling is probably adequate. When used indoors, it blocks out loud humming from an overheated PC, but not cars outside, which is probably to be expected.Set up was easy, it installed automatically on my PC. However, after two weeks, it began to interfere with the audio system on my PC (no sound), which required some troubleshooting to fix.

I have bought my son many headphones that have broke. Though I am easier on my equipment than him, I bought these headphones for my online teaching job (and use them daily for listening to YouTube videos, etc.) and they still work great with good sound quality. Wanted to come back and give the product credit for lasting longer than most headphones do.

I purchased this for a better and more comfortable experience working from home. The product arrived on time and everything was working correctly at first and they were very comfortable. After about a few months however, I started having intermittent issues with the microphone, and one of the speakers (left) was cutting out. I also had a brief issue where nothing was working, but that seemed to correct itself, i’m guessing it was maybe a glitch or something. I probably wouldn’t buy these again based off my experience, however, I could’ve just got a bad product off the production line and maybe others are in better condition than when I received mine. I used these headphones for approximately seven hours a day, 5-6 days a week and I never had the volume turned all the way up or shouted in the microphone. I also take very good care of my Electronics so there was no negligence on my end that would’ve caused intermittent issues that I experienced. My advice to anyone thinking of buying these, spend a little bit more money (or less if you can get a great deal) and get something better. Also worth noting, but I don’t think it is anything to do with the quality of my product, But when I initially ordered these, my headphones got lost in transit somehow and I was issued a refund by Amazon customer service and I re-ordered these exact same pair headphones again.

All the features work great on this headset. However, I found that my ears started getting sore after about 5 hours of wearing time. But I still recommend it.

I got this headset for Christmas last year. I've used it probably a dozen times collectively in the less than year that I have had it. The other day I used it and it worked great, then the next morning it was total static and popping in the left ear speaker. I unplugged it from the USB and reconnected it, now that side barely works at all. Its super comfy and I kind of gambled on it since it had mixed reviews on longevity and quality. Sadly I was one that got burned with a dud. Now trying to get ahold of anyone to discuss any type of warranty is my new nightmare!

My uses: Online school courses as a requirement for live lessons and student class presentationsMy likes: Comfort - My head and ears are very pressure sensitive; I have no pain or constricted feeling with the adjustable headband and the larger soft ear pieces. I am very pleased with the audio input and outputs as they are very clear. They look just like the original photo given.My dislikes: Not quite the noise cancellation I had expected; however most outside noise is lowered to enable some concentration and focus.

I did'nt try it with video games yet but with dragon naturally speaking, it is working perfectly : Microphone and headset are a must to have !!!

I have spent 20 bucks 10 bucks 30 bucks for headsets but until I bought this one nothing had compared to this one. This is the most comfortable and best sound quality headset with microphone that I have ever had and used so far. I actually bought this for a job that I do from home I now use it for my personal use as well and I absolutely love it. I highly highly recommend this headset to anybody. It will be well worth the $50 that you spend on it.

I purchased this and within less than 10 days the microphone went dead on me. Don't waste your money on this set! You will just be throwing your money away! Very disappointed and caution all too avoid purchasing this set! It was the second set I bought. And a waste of money.
