Slate tastes great; pricey, but at least don't get bad for you stuff! in it
SLATE Milk, with 42 grams of protein, is SO convenient and it tastes good too! Their Latte's are also good, with 20 grams of protein and 2 cups of coffee worth of caffeine to help get you going. Both the vanilla and sweet cream are my favorites of the coffees, and both the chocolate like the mocha too (better than most chocolate flavored protein things) EVERYONE likes the chocolate and the vanilla flavored Protein shakes, and it's not just convenient but essential for sime in my family to get their minimum protein intake. I just wish it wasn't so expensive, but they do use real MONK FRUIT to sweeten it, which isn't cheap. They do also use stevia, but it's not bad; I think the monk fruit helps, so they don't have to use as much stevia, which can have a less pleasant taste. For the price, I's think they could use ALL MONK FRUIT though, wouldn't that be nice? Would make it worth the price! A couple of cans were dented in my last shipment, but the product was okay.

Great and filling
These taste great and there is a good variety of tasty flavors. I have been using these for meal replacement for weight loss and they are great because of the high protein and low calories. I find them very filling as well. I definitely will be buying more. This is one of my favorite protein shakes.

Overall good choice. Taste is mid.
5 star for amount of protein and cost. Minimum carbs. Drink fast. Good substitute if looking at your macros by the gram to the tee. Otherwise.. I will be flipping back and forth with Core Power 42G. Taste better. :)

Good taste
Seems overpriced but has a high protein content and a good taste. Careful when opening if you shake it too much. Overall very good

Great protein drink
All flavors are excellent but the salted caramel is the best tasting protein drink I have had out of 20yrs of protein powders and pre mixes. The taste is easily better than fairlife and have a much better consistency. Slate is closer to milk, fairlife is thick. Additionally slate has less calories per can and same protein content, awesome for macros.

Must try!
Drink is seriously impressive! Delicious, smooth, and packed with protein without feeling chalky or overly sweet. Perfect post-workout boost or meal-on-the-go — keeps me full and energized. Highly recommend!

Great protein drink!
Great taste. Loaded with protein with without adding carbs and fats. I have only tried the chocolate so far. I was recommended this by another bodybuilding friend and have been very surprised. I will be trying the other flavors as well. Makes it easy to hit my macros. No chalky taste I will say make sure they are really cold and dont forget to shake it up before opening.

Great protein content, unpleasant artificial taste
I have been on the hunt for a cheaper alternative to the core power elite drinks by Fairlife without sacrificing protein content. Fairlife has become too expensive for me to justify continuing spending the money on them and I came across these drinks by Slate! I have to admit whenever I began to taste the product it wasn't what I was expecting. The consistency is a little odd to me - it is advertised as a milkshake, but to me it actually tastes and feels like you are drinking thinned out pudding that hasn't set properly. I found the taste to be okay at first, but then it was immediately followed up with a strong artificial sweetener taste not long after I took a sip which I don't like. Not chalky though! That said, this is just my opinion and I think if the consistency was different I wouldn't mind as much. Back to the drawing board, nothing has beat core power in terms of taste, protein content and consistency for me. Pros: 42g of protein, cleaner ingredients, metal can so no microplastics, cheaper in price than Fairlife, zero added augar Cons: odd pudding-like consistency, lingering artificial aftertaste
