A very large tub and was perfect for glazing a rack of lamb ribs. I marinaded mine over night and wrapped it in cling film. Be warned, it will liquify from a powder and may make a mess. I recommend cutting slits into the meat so it absorbs the flavour deep inside.

Bit disappointed with flavour. Had marinated meat for 24 hours but still not much flavour
