Intense.
Want to write a lot but will try to be concise.Disclaimer: Not looking to join the military but know the SF are where the best athletes and leaders are so look to them as role models. Really respect Chris and his channel and finally decided to start the program after owning the program for 6months lol.Currently in week 4 and every single workout kicks my butt. Work outs are amazing I love it cause I’ve always hated going to gyms and felt so awkward using the equipment. The nice thing that helped me overcome this is that it’s super unconventional training. Like, everyone’s gonna look at you like you’re crazy anyway so don’t worry about it, just work on trying to have perfect form and complete the work out for the day.Challenges to be aware of/things I had to overcome. There is equipment you’ll have to buy or get access to. Personally i went with a ymca membership because you can go to any “y” so when I need a pool I can go to one with a pool all y’s have heavy bags. I did need to buy gloves and hand wraps. They also have a machine that I think is supposed to be used for squats, but I lower the bar to waist level and use it for the low bar pull-up exercises. From what I’ve found it sounds like there was a YouTube video demonstrating the full work outs and form but for whatever reason was taken down and replaced with a crummy preview “motivational” video. All I can say is “yuck” very confusing. Ended up just YouTubing proper form for what I needed to learn. If Chris or someone on is team made specific videos on how they did the form so it was all in one place that’s be awesome. Really that’s the only area this program lacks, super fun, changed/changing my life, and plan to continue doing it on repeat for as long as possible so I can be healthy for my family.9.5/10. If there was a concise set of videos showing how the team does perfect for would push it to a perfect 10/10 product. Highly recommend for all levels since most things are till exhaustion every level can benefit… I assume(not near top level so I don’t know that for a fact haha)

Amazing Fitness Program - A Total Challenge
This is a great product. The fitness program is easy to understand, straight forward, and an amazing challenge. To be honest... I didn't do it all. I had to scale back a few workouts because they were too hard.I watch this guy's YouTube channel and am a huge fan. So in his defense, I don't understand why someone would give "Special Operations Fitness" a bad review. One guy says it was only a pamphlet. Another dude said it didn't come with a DVD. The description on the Amazon page clearly says this is a 33 page fitness program. There is no mention of a DVD. Those guys should read the item description. I wonder if they even did the workouts. That is the more important question.I dare say that no one in the world could do all 12 weeks of the program and report back that they did not get into way better shape.I am including some pics of the book. Yes, it is small (33 pages). Honestly, I don't need a before and after photo for push-ups and pull-ups, and a one-page explanation. "Life is a Special Operation" cuts out the fluff and gives us an incredible challenge. He even has posted a few workout challenges on his YouTube channel so you can get a feel of what his workouts are like.I did his "Navy Seal Workout Challenge" with a friend of mine last month. I got a great workout but my friend quit after 10 minutes.Clearly this guy knows what he is talking about and for a few dollars he gives us a great workout program… something different. I recommend it to anyone.

Not so great
So lots of good tough workouts but zero explanation of the movements or exercises. The book says it's on YouTube but that's just a quick video showing people exercising with again zero explanation. I had to Google the movements I was not familiar with. So not really worth the money. Definitely could have been done better

Need this warrior workout for begginers👍
Got this yesterday man. The guy who makes Life is a special operation is pretty beast, especially with his advice and workout tips/ethics for a warrior💪🏼 will give it a 5 star later after workout

It's okay...
Find some cross-fit exercises and mix them up... That's about all that is special about this book. It's pretty thin.

Only bought bc I respect the seller
I like the author a lot, I've seen all of his videos but this product is just not worth it, pricy, and it's a pamphlet of information.

No Nonsense Tough,
I bought this for my teenage son who has his heart set on joining the army. I did my research on this item and learned that it’s really only a very small booklet, around A5 size with 38 pages, and page for page quite expensive! Still I did purchase it for my sons benefit, and the information contained in it is totally no nonsense!

Expensive for pamphlet
Expensive for what it is. Not a book just a flimsy pamphlet

Naja...
Ich finde es gut, aber leider ist es nicht gebunden sondern so ein Heftchen. Der Inhalt ist top.

Leaflet, not book.
Thought this was a book. Its not, its a leaflet. For £12. Or $16.
