For those nights when I know I won’t be able to sleep I’ll take 2 of these and I sleep very well. Great product and great price.

I been living on ibuprofen now since having reconstructive ankle surgery 11/8/22 plus 2 anchors drilled to my tib & fib to hold my ankle into place. I had no idea that ibuprofen doesnt have a PM capsules and was searching randomly till I stumble upon this product. I have a high medication tolerance so not everything will always work for me. Its all genetics - my siblings are the same way. I kept dealing with a ton of pain and some days cannot put weight on my foot at all. 3 weeks ago found out after the mri follow up I have to have the surgery all over again😭 as the 2 anchors drilled to my bone is slowly rejecting + 2 torn ligaments + tarsal tunnel syndrome (cut out the damage nerve and re tighten it). My orthopedic said I dont have a choice I have to have the surgery done again. It takes 1-2 years to fully recover. I planned on getting the surgery again in Oct. But the pain is unreal! ibuprofen Stopped working for me. Buying this product has been a Big game changer. As it helps a ton when the pain kicks in (afternoon/night time) and helps me sleep as well. Since I been having days even weeks of not sleeping due to the pain keeping me up. Deff recommend this product of your on the fence. Highly recommend, based off my experience.

Bought these to help me sleep. Have to take three instead of two in order to help fall asleep. Easy to swallow.
