I’m really impressed with this neck massager. The kneading feels very similar to an actual massage and does a great job working into tight spots in my neck and shoulders. The shiatsu rollers provide deep pressure without being uncomfortable, and the heat adds a relaxing touch. One thing I really like is that it’s cordless, so I can use it on the couch, at my desk, or even lying down without dealing with wires. The heating warms up quickly and helps loosen up stiff muscles. The different massage modes and intensity options make it easy to adjust depending on how sore I am that day. It’s also well-built and comfortable to wear, and the battery life has been great so far. After using it for a few days I definitely noticed less tension in my neck. I'm dealing with some neck and shoulder stiffness due to long hours in front of computer. It's not severe enough to pay a visit to therapist or doctor. But I was looking for some easy and at-home remedy until I saw this massager, which addresses both neck and shoulder. After a few days using it, I feel my stiffness and tension dropped noticeably. I especially like the shoulder nodes - it gets really deeper pressure when I pull the arm straps tighter. I usually take 10-15 minutes session when I feel my neck or shoulder is sore, and I feel the muscle getting looser. The battery life is solid - I have been able to get several sessions on a single charge. Not dealing with cords is a big plus, I can use it more often in different settings - not stuck to an outlet. The overall build quality and material used are top-notch. I have sensitive skin and I had other massagers that gave me irritation. But I had no issue with this one. If I had to suggest one improvement, I'd add a couple of extra nodes in the center area. Maybe I have a smaller neck, the U-shaped nodes fit around my neck, so the massage pressure is mostly on the side of the neck. I think a node or two placed on the back of the neck will make it more effective. For me, this massager is perfect - for my neck/shoulder stress and mild pain, its shiatsu deep-tissue massage delivers good relief at home, worth every penny.

This is a well-designed neck and shoulder massager that delivers strong, effective relief with the added benefit of heat and portability.
