Replacement element does the job
The element supplied was a Europart 34-BS-09 generic compatible carrying the VDE and IRCA stamps, and it fitted my Bosch WFO washing machine. The rubber seal compressed correctly to make a water-tight seal to the drum and around the temperature sensor. Replacement following good electrical practice was simple, and took about fifteen minutes including a leak test. If you have ANY doubts or uncertainties about working inside mains-powered appliances, it is important to seek help from a competent professional.
