Directions Microwave for 1 minute or heat on the stovetop for 2 minutes. No rinsing needed. Review: I love these. Way better than other brands. They are soft, not a super string heart of palm flavor, no water to drain or rinse off. The price is good. A good product that helps me stay on my ketogenic diet. I order it generally every 1-2 months depending on how many pasta type dishes my kid wants. Review: We have tried the white and brown rice as well as the spaghetti and love them all. My partner is a Type 1 diabetic and is always trying to find foods that help us control the carb intake. We have tried giving cauliflower products a try, but he didn't care for them because they were too bland. These hearts of palm products are just perfect. I add a little sauce to the spaghetti, maybe some mushrooms, and cook up some meatballs in the air fryer. For the rice, we cooked up steak strips, added some white rice hearts of palm, sweet peppers, mushrooms, and green onions, and it tastes yummy. And the calories are low as well. We highly recommend giving it a try.

The Natural Heaven Pasta, Hearts of Palm Pasta Spaghetti Noodles, has been a surprising and delightful addition to my pantry. As someone who's always on the lookout for healthier pasta options, this gluten-free, vegan, and low-carb alternative has won me over. Pros: Healthy Choice: If you're looking to reduce carbs or follow a keto or low-carb diet, these hearts of palm noodles are a fantastic choice. They provide a satisfying pasta experience without the guilt, making it easier to stick to your dietary goals. Gluten-Free and Vegan: This pasta is a great option for those with dietary restrictions. Being both gluten-free and vegan, it accommodates a wide range of preferences and needs. Natural Ingredients: The ingredient list is refreshingly simple, with hearts of palm as the main component. It's reassuring to know that I'm indulging in a pasta made from natural, wholesome ingredients. Quick and Easy Preparation: These noodles are incredibly easy to prepare. They come pre-cooked and only require a quick rinse and heating. This convenience makes them a practical choice for busy individuals. Texture and Flavor: While hearts of palm noodles have a different texture than traditional pasta, they offer a pleasant and slightly crunchy bite. They absorb the flavors of your chosen sauce well, providing a satisfying and tasty meal. Six-Pack Convenience: The packaging includes six separate 9 oz packs, which means you can enjoy multiple meals without worrying about them going bad. It's a convenient option for meal planning. Cons: Texture Variance: The texture of hearts of palm noodles may not be to everyone's liking. It's essential to expect a different mouthfeel compared to regular pasta. However, I found that this variation can be quite enjoyable when paired with the right sauce. If you want a slightly softer texture, just boil it for about 10 minutes. Price: While the convenience of having a six-pack is great, hearts of palm pasta can be a bit pricier than traditional pasta. However, the health benefits and dietary compatibility make it worth the investment for many. In conclusion, Natural Heaven Pasta, Hearts of Palm Pasta Spaghetti Noodles, offers a healthy and flavorful alternative to traditional pasta. If you're seeking a gluten-free, vegan, and low-carb option that doesn't compromise on taste, this product is worth trying. While the texture may differ from what you're used to, it provides a satisfying meal when paired with your favorite sauces and ingredients. Its convenience and dietary compatibility make it a valuable addition to a variety of meal plans and preferences.

I gave it 1 star because it won't let me give a ZERO! This stuff is nasty tasting. It made me gag. I'm not sure why there are so many good reviews. It does not take on the flavor of any sauce and the horrible flavor overpowers anything you add to it.

I've been doing low carb (Atkins) for many years (since 2003), and more recently, keto since January 2019. So I've tried my share of LC/Keto products over the years - the majority of which were, to put it nicely, not worth buying again. I recently heard about this hearts of palm pasta from Steve on Serious Keto. I bought the 6 box pack (living dangerously!) of the spaghetti. Tonight I opened the box, and inside was a vacuum-sealed packet of rather spaghetti-appearing "pasta" - I opened the packet and dumped the contents into a skillet with a couple tablespoons of olive oil and tossed it around til hot. Divided that between husband and me in our pasta bowls, added browned and seasoned ground beef, some cooked mushrooms, and 1/2 cup Rao's Marinara Sauce (fairly low carb at 4 grams per half cup serving) - nuked it all up and we sat down to try it. Does it taste exactly like pasta? Nope. But it's a far cry from those nasty smelly shiratake noodles that you have to rinse forever and then dry-fry to make edible. It's less flavor than spaghetti squash, so doesn't "fight" with your toppings. It's somewhat reminiscent of zoodles but better texture IMHO. Now I'm very glad I have four more boxes! Pasta pesto, Puttanesca sauce, Alfredo with chicken and broccoli - yup, we'll be eating all those in the coming weeks. Would I buy it again? Yes! Is it pricey? Yes - but we don't eat pasta dishes too often so it's not gonna break the bank. Will be trying the lasagna too!
