I'm not sure what you mean by natural flavor, but it does taste like strawberry lemonade. It's sweet but not as sweet as Cherry Berry (which is my favorite). Karma probiotic waters are great.

Think Karma is leaving ‘sugar/stevia’ amounts non-transparent 😌 Confusing!! Bottle ingredients say cane sugar and Stevia leaf extract but no amts. The nutrient facts list tot sugars 5g added sugar, doesn’t mention stevia amt.
