Thinner than original but works well. Make sure you place flat against the connector before you clip it down.

The tv's were flickering and going out in our SUV. I called the dealership and these ribbons were way too expensive., I ordered these and they are perfect. It was very easy to replace, the ribbon is actually a better quality than stock ribbon, the fit was perfect and it is incredible quality.

Fixed my problem

First, I was surprised with the shipping. Amazon said it would be delivered in over a month, but we got it in the standard print timeline! We have a 2016 Chevy Suburban that the middle row screen was intermittent, and failed on our last road trip! After some research, I found this was the usual suspect. There were no videos I could find on how to replace it, but it ended up being easy to do. The original strip was insulated (the screen area can get very hot) and had small tabs to assist with lining it up, which this one lacks. I’m not sure how long this will last, but for $20 it’s much better than taking it to the dealer or specialty shop to repair. If your screen stops working, keeps going out, or is only on at certain angles, give this a try and chances are this will solve the problem!

Cord was thinner than the original factory cord bit that being said, works great and was perfectly compatible to fix the middle movie player on my 2016 Chevy Suburban. Great alternative to replacing the entire unit that would have cost hundreds of dollars!!!

Wish id have known about this sooner. It was a really easy fix for the screen that stopped working in my 2016 chev surburban.

Many repair shops suggest to replace the entire roof mounted screen - this took me less than 30 min and everything fit perfectly. I'll have another on hand for when the other screen has an issue.
