Even though I haven’t felt any different, I’m giving these gummies 5 stars just based on taste. They’re better than any gummy candy I’ve ever had. That said, the benefits these are supposed to have probably take a little more time to feel and I’ll be ordering more to see if they’re effective over time. If so, they’ll be a good value. The amounts of the ingredients are good from what I can tell.

These gummies have a sweet flavor and are easy to chew and swallow. They don't stick together like some gummies do, thankfully. The bottle was sealed internally and externally as well. I am really taking this for the inositol but appreciate the other ingredients as complimentary and am hopeful they may work synergistically. I have had no aftertaste with these and no digestive upset as a result of taking them. The gummies themselves look like bosoms. Cute.

These are tasty. I like the ingredients. Vegan friendly. Go down easily. I would recommend if you are looking for this kind of vitamin.

I am not sure I can recommend these. I have tried these a couple times and I don’t know if it is because of the timing of my cycle or if these were the cause, but both times I had a very bad headache and was nauseous. My cycle did start about a week later, so it could very well be coincidence and the nausea and headache were premenstrual symptoms. I will give these a try after my period ends and see if I still have the same results. I did give these three stars because the taste is great and they are soft and easy to swallow. I will update the review if I notice I don’t have side effects.

This is an inositol nutrient. In a Sital is the material that makes up the lining of all of the cells of your body. I wish I had known about this decades ago. This is a very easy to eat gummy. It actually is quite pleasant taste.This is well-made and a quality product.

These are surprisingly soft and delicious. They taste like a high quality gummy vitamin. I'm happy about the blend of vitamins in here, especially the choline at 150mg. Most people are certainly not taking enough of that and that's a decent dose. This is going to be a great addition to my vitamin and supplement routine.

Well, I didn't notice the ashwagandha in these and can't take it because I'm sensitive to nightshades. So these are a no go for me.
