Kids Yoga Teacher
I am a kids yoga instructor and I used these in my age 2 -5 group today and they had so much fun so easy to play . I had 10 students and they all waited for their turn and cheered each other on . I do have to agree with other reviews that on a few cards I wasn't sure exactly what it wanted me to do so on those I improvised . So glad I got these ! ❤

Wonderful and engaging for all ages!
This was actually a gift for my neighbor. We try to do our yoga routine and with her 3 year old son it was hard. Her 8 yr old son and the 3 year old "play" with this and we can get in an extra 15 minutes of time in. She loves it and I'm glad I found it! Wonderful!

Good, but did not get the right timers
Everything was in great condition and very cute but I received 2 timers that were the same duration and not three different timers.

AMAZING
My daughter just turned 6 but loves to do yoga (they did it in preschool every day). It helps her calm down when she is worked up, but I don't know many yoga moves. This was HOURS of fun for her! It was so easy for her to understand and use on her own. Highly recommend this product!

Great for all ages!!
These are incredible. My son is 3 and this is one of his favorite things to play. Its not complicated, it doesnt make a mess, it helps him learn to balance and be calm and it is FUN. Even for the adults that play along! I could see this being used in elderly group homes, daycares, mental health facilities. Just an overall amazing product.

This is so fun for the kids!
My kiddos loved these right away, this is such a gentle and fun way to introduce "yoga type" poses for kids of all ages. Just be careful to not let the kiddos tear the plastic pieces off of the block as to a child it might appear to be plastic that is wrapping on the block but is actually where the yoga pose card is inserted into the plastic sleeve.

Great beginner yoga
I am going to try this for a month and leave them on the table. I think that I can attempt 1 or 2 a day and then see where it takes me. The pictures are a little vague I have seen like the peacock but I will see what happens. I need to start off for a beginner and thought this might help me. I do like that there are 8 cards of each level because I plan to do two of the 1s and then 4 of the 2s one week. I am going to take a week at a time. I will update if there are any other issues.

That it wasn't as easy and make sure you look at the card level.
We had a bunch of fun and use it to get rid of stress.
