I have used ginseng herbal products for the best part of two years. Came across this product and can honestly say, this product is by far the best I have ever taken by a country mile. The performance is amazing as well as stamina and energy!! It works even better than all the others I have used. I will definitely be buying more. I wouldn't waste time shopping around and looking at others this is the one to buy!!!! Great product does exactly what it says on the box and doesn't come with all the sales gimics.NO SIDE EFFECT THATS MAIN ADVANTAGE

It's quite a puzzle, trying to figure out which of these types of products are good, by looking at the ingredients, even when they paste '1000mg' on the front of the packet.. 1000mg of which, assorted components, so when i test one a day after a product with a similar claim and they're both very different experiences.. it's quite a puzzle. With these unfortunately i noticed nothing, barely any light alteration and absolutely no energy boost serpentine or other. Thankfully no side effects either, at £23 for 10 these are not, value for money and were too weak or badly formulated to work on me. Highly subjective though, biochem.
