was looking to get away from a dymo, this printer has saved us so much time not having to mess with the lable chips the dymo had, and its networking is great. would recomend this for any animal clinic who needs a label printer.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a product I purchased from your company. I paid $535 for this item, and I was shocked when it suddenly stopped working after less than a year of use. Given the high cost, I expected a much higher level of quality and durability. Since the product failed to meet basic expectations of performance and longevity, I cannot recommend it to others. I want to request a full refund for my purchase.

These are great printers. I have two in my warehouse. They hold up well in a dusty warehouse. Spit out thousands of labels a year. Still going strong
