Disclaimer: I didn't buy these braces for postpartum belly binding. I needed a back brace to support the middle of my spine, and that brace goes right under my chest. So my belly was bulging out underneath of the back brace. These braces are fantastic for general abdominal binding. The Velcro is strong and the materials give a nice squeeze without being too rigid. The sizing is amazing! It's so hard to find any type of braces for a 50 inch waist. That said, they absolutely do roll down. Because I wear these under my back brace, the back brace holds them up. Without the rigid brace on top? The whole set rolls and folds in on itself. If the manufacturer could add some light plastic boning (or even just stitch in some extra form fabric bones), or make the top brace an underbust so it can't roll down, that would make these braces perfect. They are very light weight, very thin (in a good way), not bulky at all. There's room to add a little boning or shoulder straps and take this brace set to the next level. In the mean time, I recommend a compression tank top to wear over them. They just need a little hug to be held in place.
