good timings compared to other comparable RAMs
High speed, good timings compared to other comparable RAMs, fair price, Corsair top-notch customer service and warranty.I installed it in a PC with those specs :-Intel Core i7 5820K @ 4.375 GHzCorsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR4-3000.ASUS X99-A /USB 3.1MSI GTX 980 Ti Gaming128 GB SSDWindows 8.1 64-bitIn order to enable the 3000 MHz speed and apply the rated timings through SPD you have to choose the XMP profile in your BIOS, but beware that there is no guarantee that the RAM will run at that speed due to many factors, like for example the CPU or Motherboard. With Haswell-E for example, when you enable 3000 MHz+ memory that will force the BCLK & CPU Scrap to 125 MHz instead of the default 100 MHz, and some CPUs might not cut it with a high BCLK/ Strap , but most CPUs won't have any issues. This is not Corsairs problem though and that doesn't mean the memory is defective, it might be just the CPU doesn't have a good IMC or a problem with the motherboard. By running the memory at 3000 MHz you are considered overclocking and running the CPU out of specs anyway. At anything higher than the default setting (2133 MHz) there is no guarantee that the CPU will run at higher memory speeds.I previously had a Mushkin 2400 MHz memory, but curiosity drove me to buy those 3000 MHz memory and see how they compare to my older models, and in honestly the different was almost non-existence outside of memory intensive benchmarks.Because of that I do not recommend upgrading the memory when you already have 2400 MHz+ memory if you have Haswell-E. The story could be different though with Skylake due to the improved IMC. So the gains could be more noticeable.

It's the same as my current RAM Vengeance series but without RGB lights.
I needed to expand my RAM from 16 to 32GB for using a DAW, (digital audio workstation). These can get memory-hungry when you create enough recording tracks. It's important to match all RAM sticks with the same specs, and ideally from the same manufacturer. If you add RAM with inferior specs to your current RAM, it will pull down all your RAM to it's level. Same in reverse; adding more expensive RAM with much better specs will only give you more capacity, but with no other benefit. The new RAM will be pulled down to the lower level specs of your older RAM.Also, paying more for faster RAM isn't really worth the extra money. The improvement is very small, unnoticeable in real world applications. Had you put that money into a better GPU, CPU, Motherboard, Monitor... THEN you would see more bang for your buck. So RAM is one of the few areas where you can scrimp, but make sure it's listed as compatible on your Motherboard's website.

Make sure you have your latest motherboard bios
I initially had an unfavorable review of this, as it would not overclock past the default 2133 with xmp, and even with manual fiddling would not get past 2400, but after updating my motherboard bios, (whose utility would not give me the exact version, why I didn't know I needed to update it initially) xmp was able to get it to 2997.However, with memory, unless you are building a ryzen system like I did, memory frequency/bandwith doesn't matter much. But if you are, the extra almost 30% bandwidth you can get by going from 2400 to 3000 may be worth the extra 5-10$ you would pay for this set over a lower clocked 4x4 one.

Gigabyte Gaming G7 Motherboard. These weren't listed, but ...
Gigabyte Gaming G7 Motherboard. These weren't listed, but I had purchased them to go with my initial Asus Z-170 motherboard that ended up being DOA. I just kept them hoping they would work rather than send them back even though they weren't specifically listed in a 4x4GB setup on the Gigabyte site.Installation was a breeze, they have a decently low form-factor so they didn't get in the way of my Corsair H100i V2.Immediately clocked to 3000mhz without issue and has been very stable running with the i5 6600k.

I ordered the 3000mhz RAM, but my x99 Pro ...
I ordered the 3000mhz RAM, but my x99 Pro mobo recognizes it as 2133 mhz. Memory works, it's fast, but I feel that I'm not getting what I paid for.Edit: Thanks for the comments! I did not mention before but I have enabled the xmp profiles and done the auto over clocking on my mobo and it still won't run faster than 2400.I am adding 1 star because the RAM has been very stable, but I feel it was falsely advertized. The speed on this ram is 2133, not 3000. Perhaps there is some overclocking trick I don't know but even when overclocked I have not been able to get it up to 3000. If Corsair decides to advertise this as 2133 then I will give it 5 stars.

Have a Noctua DH-15/ New build
This is for the Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz. Setting the XMP profile gave me the 3000MHz speed right away, no problems. Profile is low enough to easily accommodate a Noctua DH-15 with dual fans in the normal position. Ram is stable at 3000 Mhz with a 7700k OC'ed to 4.8 at 1.3V. Could probably push the CPU to 5, but that will be later.Very satisfied,(MSI Z270 SLI PLUS)

Great memory for the money and for Ryzen
Bought this to pair up with my Ryzen 5 2600 build and it worked flawless. It has run the last 8+ months every day and night from working to gaming and has not skipped a beat. I recommend this line of memory to anyone and I will purchase again.

Es lo que buscaba
Pensé que esas memorias ya estaban descontinuadas, pero me llegaron nuevas y funcionaron muy bien.

Couldn't be happier. I got it setup in a i7 6700k
not much i can say, bought corsair ram for years, knowing the reliability and performance of their products. Couldn't be happier. I got it setup in a i7 6700k, asus sabortooth, gigabyte gtx 1080 system, and everything just loves working together. (i made sure to check the motherboard compatibility before purchasing this, i would suggest this to anyone building a PC from scratch, so you have no hidden secrets. Let the manufacturers do the testing!)

Five Stars
Did the trick, memory is expensive today but through Amazon we managed to save a few dollars.

Soweit so gut
Läuft bei mir auf einem ASUS X99 WS Board mit einem 5820k@4,3GHz bei vollen 3000MHz stabil und den Vorgaben entsprechend.
