Love these Gluten-free, Vegan, High protein Granolas
I love the taste of these Granolas, and I love that they are vegan and gluten free. Also Amaranth has a higher protein rate than other grains so these are now my go to Granolas.

Packed With Carbs - NOT Keto friendly!
This cereal has a labeling error and it is being incorrectly promoted as Keto friendly on Amazon! It contains 67.3g of carbs per 100g serving, not 67.3mg as stated on the packet! That would be impossible given the ingredients! Amaranth (raw): ~65 g carbs per 100 g, including ~7 g fiber !
