Q: How is this product different from unrefined organic coconut oil sold at the stores that makes special for pets?

I honestly could not tell the difference and the label doesn't indicate that there's something unique about it that makes it special for pets. Since it costs twice as much as other unrefined organic virgin coconut oil, I just use the same coconut oil I use for myself. The label does have informative instructions on how to use it with pets.

Totally normal! Coconut oil turns to liquid at 76 degrees F. You can turn it back to a solid form by placing it in a cool, dry place like a cupboard or pantry. Whether liquid or solid, the quality is not compromised!

Q: Does this Coconut oil, have to be refrigerated after opening?

No. In fact, if you refrigerate it the consistency will change. When temperatures get too cold, coconut oil solidifies. When stores at the right temperature, it remains a liquid, which is easier to apply if you plan on using it topically. If the temperature of your house drops and the oil solidified, you can find instructions online on how to properly warm it back up.
