Yum!
Very handy when I come home from work exhausted. Great flavours, good texture and only takes a few minutes in microwave. I just add rice to it as it does need an accompaniment, even when it says it contains rice or quinoa ( I buy multiple flavours). Great range but shame that a lot of the options aren’t available every time I try to purchase them.

Gritty and Flavourless
This looked promising when I opened it, with large chunks of cauliflower and peppers.Unfortunately the brown slop that the vegetables are swimming in is almost entirely flavourless and, as is happening far too often with Soulful's stuff recently, there was an unpleasant grittiness in some mouthfuls.

Delicious and filling
I got this as a free sample one week, and it was delicious. I immediately have bought some more. Its good value, filling, healthy and tasty. Pretty good going for a healthy ready meal

Tasted good but felt my teeth crack as I bit into a small hard stone, it didn't seem to be a natural part of any of the ingredients.
