Q: how do these compare to quest tortilla chips?

The biggest difference between the two beside taste is the texture. Beyondchipz are more like an actual tortilla chip so you can make nachos and they don’t break apart. The taste is more like an actual tortilla chip too, it isn’t corn, but it’s great for low carb. Also BC have less carbs per serving (2g net) and slightly less protein (13g) per serving. BeyondChipz are a premium snack and tortilla chip, full of plant-based protein, not the empty and cheap carbs you find in a chip made of corn or tapioca starch. We use pea protein and a mix of seeds to provide 13g of protein with only 2g net carbs per serving. Compare this to 2g of protein and 17g net carbs in a typical corn chip. Because we use these ingredients which are more costly to us, the price is slightly higher than corn based chips and other cheaper alternatives. Q: How do these compare to Hilo Life chips?

I have never tried the Hilo Life chips but I didn't like the BeyondChipz. Try the Mr. Tortilla brand tortilla chips, they are good!

Q: How long is the expiration date on these?

Looks to be about 6-7 months, based on the label on the bag. No way they even be around in my cabinet for more than a week or two!! It is in a zip-lock closure bag.
