This is the best toner I have ever used in the New England winter. Other cream toners have nothing on this - it’s the most moisturizing first skincare step I’ve ever used (and I have used A LOT of “moisturizing toners) 10 out of 10 recommend for dry, irritated, sensitive wintertime skin
