i received two 5 ounce bottles when i ordered the 2-pack. the listing is misleading.

Sir, this is a Wendy's. Lol, we just sell it, but there is a garlic sauce you may enjoy. We'll forward your suggestion to Mrs. Sharp.

Q: What is the shelf life after opening?

After opening, you MUST refrigerate. Once refrigerated, the sauce can last up to one year. The base of this sauce is carrot and vinegar which quintessentially makes it a pickled item. Pickled items can last a VERY long time if stored properly after opening.

Q: is this sauce VERY hot?

This is one of those hard questions to answer because spicy heat is different for everyone. I think this sauce is definitely hot, but I wouldn’t say very hot. The great thing about Marie Sharp’s is the flavor, which better than most hot sauces.
