am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. The product delivered was of poor quality, and to make matters worse, the remote and other essential accessories were missing. I immediately placed a return and replacement request, but there has been no response. Although my replacement order was accepted, no action has been taken yet. This is a major oversight and unacceptable service. I request an immediate resolution, either through a proper replacement with all accessories or a full refund. Please address this issue at the earliest. Looking forward to your prompt response.

We only just opened it today but my 3 year old boy is in love and his 10 year old sister is enjoying it as well. This kind of thing would have been $200 when I was a kid, it amazes me it's as cheap as it is. Works great so far. One thing, I wish the treats made the puppy do tricks when you inserted them as opposed to trying to program. I still haven't figured that part out yet, but my son also won't let me have the puppy long enough to try lol.

Really cute toy. The grands loved it as did the grand dog.

My daughter has wanted a puppy for years. She wanted to create a robot dog in place of the real dog we wouldn't let her get. I thought maybe this would help appease her a little. She would've preferred a robot dog that actually looked like a fluffy dog, though. She was entertained a bit, but had a hard time playing with it in her room on carpet so her little brother wouldn't mess with it. The music and dancing are fun, but the initial amusement wore off fairly quickly.
