This is an update to my previous review. After being contacted from higher level support, I was sent a replacement tv. Got it mounted and it works great. Guess I got a defective unit. Huge shout out to Leah and Leeke for taking the time to address my issue. Previous review: Picture is outstanding and very bright. My only issue is when in direct sunlight (with 80 degree temps) it seems to overheat and the screen goes very dark. The sound is still on. I have to unplug it and put it in the shade for 15-20 minutes then it’ll work for another 30 minutes. I put a pool umbrella over it to shade it and it works fine. This is not why I bought it. Contacted support several times, but was told that was just the nature of the tv and good luck. Don’t advertise it as DIRECT SUNLIGHT if it fails in DIRECT SUNLIGHT. My $300 Vizio worked this well for $2000 less.

Bright TV, well constructed, perfect for outdoor settings. Any issues had with the product, the Sylvox customer service team is there to help and will have your back to make sure you are satisified. The built in smart OS isn't great, but hooking up a roku or any other device solves all issues. Be warned, this TV is heavy and bulky due to it's weatherproofing. Mounting it is a challenge and needs to be done properly. Two capable people are always needed to move this and install it.

This tv is truly made to withhold the elements of Mother Nature. Rain, sun, wind, etc. Great picture even when faced directly towards the sun. Would buy again! Great customer service team also!

Very happy with the product, just as good as advertised. My TV sits in the sun during the day time so it was important to purchase a full sun tv and it is next to my spa, so the waterproof aspect was key as well. Add in all the rain this year and this TV was a must. So, I did my research and decided to go with Sylvox Pool Deck Series as the other TV's in this category can be 5x's as much. . . good decision, integrates well with internet, all apps are easy to function, and I even run a digital receiver getting all the local channels for free. Great customer services as well, had a hiccup with the first remote, notified Sylvox, and a brand new one was sent within 48 hours. Thanks Sylvox!
