Heart Shaped World is Chris Isaak's third studio album. Released in the summer of 1989, it features his breakthrough hit, "Wicked Game." Lee Chesnut, music director at WAPW in Atlanta, played the song repeatedly for two weeks after hearing a version on the soundtrack to David Lynch's 1990 film, Wild At Heart. Released as a single, it peaked at #6 on the Billboard Hot 100, while the album reached #7 on the Billboard 200. Certified double platinum, it also features the singles, "Don't Make Me Dream About You" and "Blue Spanish Sky." Picture Disc LP in PVC sleeve jacket. Limited Edition.

Wicked Game is worth the price of admission!
This is an album I have bought for one song in particular. That song is Wicked Game. It is an iconic song because of how it sounds. So well recorded and delivered with such conviction by this artist. It grabs hold of you and enters you with questions and gives answers if you pay attention. Chris projects and inspires you as well as captures your attention with this song and if you aren’t moved by it, question your existence. Not everyone will share my experience I have each time I play it, but once you hear it, your opinion is very likely to change. It may not make sense to buy a CD with only one song you like on it, but it isn’t the only one I have done this for and it is worth it to me.

I received my CD early!!!
The seller was awesome. He called to make sure I wanted the CD and not vinyl. He was very friendly and helpful. I received this at the very least 3+ days early with no extra charge. I will definitely use them again. I love my Chris Isaak CD.

Bought this for Wicked Game song
I was watching The Family Man, and when his wife tries to do this sexy dance and get in the mood plays his song "Wicked Game" which has its own soulful feel to it.

I Heart This Album
It’s getting harder to come up with witty titles as I go along, as well as different things to say about Chris Isaak’s music. To me, this isn’t an insult, but rather a testament to his consistency. This one is a little more acoustic based than his first two, but he still puts out some great tunes. My favorites from this album are “Heart Shaped World”, “Wicked Game” and “Blue Spanish Sky”.

Swoon!
This CD had been a favorite of mine since it came out. I lost most of my CD's in a move a few years back and finally got around to building my collection again. I had almost forgotten how weak in the knees his voice can make me. "The world was on fire and no one could save me but you" My God, what a writer. His honey-rich voice is like a caress. Heart Shaped World is some of his best work, still.
